I hate the “volunteer” newspapers. These are the papers, notes or advertisements that show up uninvited and announce to the world how long it’s been since they were dropped off.
Call their office (there should be at least a number to phone in ads) and tell them to send someone out to clean up their litter or you will call the police and swear out a complaint for littering and that you will do it if it happens again.
