Further, who is the government to dictate how any debt is paid for? I have seen this nazi garbage before where a tax bill was paid in 1 dollar bills and they cited the man for not paying with a specific check. Bullcrap...the government does not get to dictate terms so as to avoid being called out for being wrong.
He wasn’t cited for trying to pay the bill in pennies. He was cited because he took the pennies, threw them all over the place, threw a tantrum like a petulant child, (likely with vulgarities) and caused a disruption in the business.
