I dislike Jon Stewart intensely. But why do you insist on calling him Jonathan Liebowitz? Obviously that’s his real name but a lot of performers change their names. You’re not the only one on FR to do this, of course, but I’m wondering why he is always referred to that way.
And we don’t fold it up. We either hold it by the two edges of the crust or fold it very slightly down the middle. It’s more like we cup it than fold it. And we ALWAYS put red pepper flakes on it. Every table in a NY pizzeria has a small canister of red pepper flakes.
That's fine. I am only commenting on the 7 minute video, posted at the top of this thread, that Jonathan Stuart Leibowitz, the non Italian, comments about people using a fork and then demonstrates his Jewish roots by eating pizza without a fork. Forgive me if I think his shtick is over the top for a person named Leibowitz.
