What he is saying is that, after seeing the photo, it is much more impressive than any he might take of himself, and so he's just gonna let people think it is his.

Or are we expecting him to come out and say, "no that is not mine, mine is much, much smaller."

It is more than likely that the social networking moron congressman, THE WEINER, sent out a picture that was tagged with GPS coordinates when he took it. So while the Weiner can not say with certitude maybe he can say with longitude and latitude that he did it.
