Tornillo is “screw” in Spanish, right. I’ve been in Tornillo Creek in the Big Bend, I can see why they call it that I guess. It does twist around a bunch sorta like a screw.

What’s the “screw” in Tornillo, TX? Is it for the tree, or what? I’ve been down that way a couple of times, sorta know where this town is. Not that far south of the green stamp, right on the river.

If this happens it is a prime spot to funnel a bunch of people and stuff north fo sho. There’s already crossings in El Paso and down the river at Presidio, why another one?

The official reason for T/G is to funnel all commercial traffic out of Juarez. The cartels have destroyed these villages and forced all the residents out and both governments have literally turned a “blind eye” to what is happening.
It’s a smugglers dream. They will control everything that comes and goes through that bridge.
