It is just as hard for some people to gain weight, as it is for some to lose it. I am one of those people. I have to make an effort to eat enough, or my clothes will start getting loose.

Now don't get me wrong, I like a good meal as much as the next person, but I have no compulsion for food. I can easily forget to eat breakfast or lunch, and often do.

Now, my husband...... I don't think he ever missed a meal in his life. He always tells people that if you want to eat good..... "Don't marry a skinny woman, because they don't care about food".

Needless to say, he is the cook in the family.
