I agree.

But tell me, how do they know the robbery victim, at the time, knew the robbery suspects only had one weapon?

How do they know the robbery suspect on the floor was not moving on the floor? In addition, how they know the robbery victim did not see the suspect move on the floor?

Is it possible a wounded moving robbery suspect could suddenly produce a weapon and shoot you to death?

The moment you walk into a store for the purpose of armed robbery, or in the company of someone with that purpose, your life is forfeit in my book.

Whether put down like a dog or shot in each appendage and then through the heart makes no difference to me.
