My mistake, I was confusing this with another case, where the suspects movements were caught on video before being shot.

This case is quite dated, years old I believe.

But my question stands...How did the robbery victim know the suspects only had one gun?

In addition, how is it known the suspect was not moving prior to be shot the second time?

Because the crime scene photos, taken after he was dead, show that he wasn't moving. /s LOL
