I think the robbery victim was railroaded.
He said the robbery suspect on the floor was moving, and clearly felt threatened, and likely feared the suspect was suddenly going to produce a weapon. Given the fact the the suspects attempted to rob store owner at gun point, and possibly murder him, I'd give the robbery victim the benefit of the doubt.

This dude is guilty of using a bad caliber. If he had used a .45acp or a 12 ga., he wouldn’t of needed all those shots, and he wouldn’t be convicted of murder.

I would too. Murder One is definitely over the top. Manslaughter at best seems far more reasonable. But the video doesn't, and can't, show everything that was happening. People rely far too much on what a video or photo appears to be showing.
