As mentioned up thread the Enquirer also had an “exclusive” that Todd Palin was being serviced by a masseuse in Alaska. That story really had legs...they’re lucky they aren’t being sued over that one.
If you want to play the “they got these stories right” you need to at least acknowledge that in regards to the Palin’s that they have done nothing previously that should give them the benefit of the doubt.
The entire article is hearsay and innuendo with old stock photos being used for the story...much like a large number of Enquirer stories.
And if Cain ends up in the Enquirer next week with revelations that he slept around on his wife...?
I’ll keep my position consistent that the Enquirer equals garbage while you’d be the one running to defend him from an outrageous slur.
She set herself up for this all on her own. Now she complains......Like some say, “If you can’t stand the heat, then get the hell out of the kitchen!”
Yeah, the Daily Mail and National Enquirer are trusted, respected members of the print media.
They would never slant, exaggerate, nor “tabloidize” a story about Sarah Palin!
</dripping sarcasm>
Bristol would be very lucky to have Kyle as a husband. I hope it happens. He seems like a nice kid. Good for Bristol!!!! She has gone up in stock! Now for Sarah Palin......there is no way that she would be against this relationship. There is zero reason for it.
Two comments;
1. Bristol looks amazing in that picture.
2. Kyle looks like a very nice kid.
Oh, yeah, she sends out press releases to the tabloids/ SAR. What a stupid frickin’ comment. What her grown daughter does is what he daughter does, not what Sarah does. As for Sarah being “furious” at Bristol’s relationship, that is pure speculation on the part of the writer of this article.
Who could blame her for that? That is something we all dream about. Or, perhaps she will want to really be free from all of it and not run at all.
You picked up on it quick.
Actually, I would hold my fire and see if it panned out, if that happened. I don’t put blind faith into ANY politician, as if they were some Messianic figure.
I’m not afflicted with “Cult of Personality” Disorder.
He looks like he’s 12.
I agree. Those kids are a liability for a "family values" candidate in stark contrast to the "perfect" Obama family.
It's like one unending reality tv nightmare. Bristol can do what she wants but she would do well to remember she's "made it" on her mother's prominence and not allow herself to be seduced by celebrity because they only care about her as a means of scoring points against the elder Palin generally and Hollywood liberalism's political enemies in general.
Bingo!
AMEN! You summed it up perfectly!
You didn’t read my post.
FR is not about posting tabloid lies about our top conservatives and their children like you are doing on this thread.
“A source told the magazine: ‘Sarah is furious at Bristol for going so quickly from man to man. ‘She is doing her best to prevent Bristol’s new relationship from being featured in the reality show.’”
“coming just weeks after Bristol reportedly banned her mother from her new home in Arizona after they had a huge row over gay marriage.”
“An insider told the Enquirer: ‘Sarah gives Britta full credit for straightening out Track after he became addicted to Oxy-Contin and got involved in illegal behaviour’.”
“Actually, I would hold my fire and see if it panned out, if that happened. I dont put blind faith into ANY politician, as if they were some Messianic figure.”
Yea, the reasonable person would wait and see, as a reasonable person would wait for a more credible source than the Enquirer.
Yeah she asked for it like Reagan did, GW did, Clarence Thomas did, Dan Quayle did, the Cheneys did, and all the other Republicans.
Unusually shaky credibility, but once in a while they hit a good one.
Of course in this Palin “expose” this is just about as sleazy as it gets. I agree that this does not belong here on Free Republic. But alas, there is about to be a surplus of this kind of tabloid trash in the months to come.
My comment was I dislike the “tabloid” style of the Palins. Which includes starring in, and seeking after, idiotic “reality shows.”
It nauseates me. Maybe you like it. Maybe you perch in front of your TV and drink it all in, for all I know. Maybe you don’t.
Whatever, it’s America. It’s your right. I don’t. I think it’s stupid, distasteful and crass.
But it gets them attention and evidently a lot of money.
To each his own.
Yeah, but even Pravda and Tass got a few stories right.
The Enquirer is trying but the Enquirer plus “anonymous and unnamed sources” against a Republican prior to an election is low hanging fruit for common sense.
OK. So you despise “tabloid style” and post a tabloid as a source.
Enjoy your Enquirer Bath if that makes you feel nice and relaxed.
