well even Rush has gone to just calling him Ted Baxter. The name has stuck.
It was Rush who first called Bill O Ted Baxter...I had to laugh, last week Orielly had the commie A-H*le Ed Asner on and he told Asner that Rush calls Orielly Ted Baxter. I did the LOL!
