Herman is a great guy. He just doesn't have it. Not even close.

He's smart enough to surround himself with people who would, unlike the current one who surrounds us with people who would drive us further down the road to ruin or other candidates who would surround themselves with career politicians. Which would you prefer?

Correct Cain will surround himself with good People, because that's what a successful executive does.

I seem to recall someone who held the White House after years of political experince and they also readily admitted that they were not the expert on everthing and every detail, but they did surround themselves with good people who were experts and that as I remember turned out alright.
