The one I freak out about is that spiny fish that swims up your urethra and lays it's eggs in your pecker or cooter.

I was going to mention the one parasite that lives in the rivers of I think India and go up a man’s penis. But a spiny fish, ouch....then there is the worm that enters via your foot if you have a sore or open area.....around the world a lot of people go barefoot....(me too when I can)...
