According to some other thread, the Rapture will be at 6:00 PM, local time on Kiritimati Island, (Christmas Island in the Central/South Pacific.), 5/21/2011. That translates to Midnight, tonight, EDT, or 11:00 PM CDT, 10:00 PM MDT, and 9:00 PM PDT. Make your party plans accordingly.

So, out in San Fran, it should be on the 11:00 news. (Somehow, I'm willing to predict a lot of SFs leading light ain't gonna make the Cut.)
