The last time was SOOO f-ing bad that I had to lay in a tub of HOT WATER to relieve the pain BEFORE going to the hospital.

I had a pain in my lower abdomen when we were grocery shopping last week and I was grumpy as h*ll because I was sure I was going to spend the night in ER. Thank you Lord you spared me from that one.
