Maybe you could try the stuff we use that I mentioned in post 83. It’s not the same as the ephedrine and I don’t recall that anyone in the family has had rebound effects from it.

I’m working with what I can afford. Right now, that’s what I have on hand already. Mucinex is pretty expensive, and I’ve not seen a generic for it as pills. I’ve got probably nearly a quart of various forms of Guaifen syrup here, so that is what we’re using. It does help. And it does tasted nasty, too. We generally follow it with a green-tea chaser, helps wash the taste out...
