But there is a lot of Pepsi & Jack Squat going around. ;-’)
“I do remember emptying a bag of peanuts into a bottle of Dr Pepper. That was a treat. I doubt many have heard of it.
It is a Texas thing or was a Texas thing when I was young :)”
That reminds me of one of the grossest food things I’ve seen- milk and Pepsi. I had a boy friend from Texas that mixed one and I thought I was going to throw up on the spot. I’m not a wuss though, so I tasted it. It wasn’t awful. That was a Texas thing, too.
I gave up on Coke when they switched to New Coke. A couple years ago, my husband brought me a coke from Germany made with sugar. It was awesome!
Hey, what do they have to say about Mountain Dew addicts???
I like RC Cola too. Either that or Orange Slice.
NO...GLASS...BOTTLES!!!!

“I drink water mostly.”
So then, you are in the Pepsi camp?
“I was never fond of the milk and pepsi thing. But I never liked pepsi either. Too syrupy tasting for me.”
I never liked Pepsi, either. I only tasted the milk and Pepsi. Regarding food, I was taught to try everything at least once.
Only Communists would drink Pepsi and Jack, I have this from my very distant cousin in Mississippi. I like mine on the rocks, Jack that is, imitation Bourbon.
What if you think they both taste like crap?
I buy whatever is on sale.
I say total BS. Probably the biggest factor in what you like is what you could most likely drink as a kid. Around where I live, Pepsi, is the most previlant brand so it’s not surprising that people around here prefer Pepsi over Coke.
I prefer Pepsi over Coke, but Mt. Dew over all others. That being said, I’ll drink Coke or Dr. Pepper or Mr. Pibb or Root Beer if Mt. Dew isn’t available. Mellow Yellow, to me, doesn’t cut it. Also, I don’t like the clear sodas like Sprite or 7up, but then I think that is due to the fact that I got those when I was sick.
I thought the list in the article was just being snobbish. The one thing which stood out to me was the one about not having taken a vacation in 6 months. I feel fortunate to take one vacation a year. There have been many years where I did what is called a staycation...I stayed around home and got caught up on sleep and house chores.
Coke leans towards Ginger...Pepsi leans towards Mary Ann.
People that drink Pepsi don’t need to take a vacation, since they’re always goofing-off anyway.
/S
Goofing off or taking time to enjoy the funny things in life (or at work)? (;
Coke is best for a hang over...
