“TXE” looks even less like a broken “H” now. :0)
Too bad her pictures have that blue haze.

One thing I don’t understand is why all the noise on the bottom stamps, they are rubber stamps yet there is this fuzzy background around the (APR 25 2011) and the State Registrar.

Her pictures stink. Obviously they would choose someone who is completely clueless about the entire digital artifact provinance and forensic controversy to take the pictures. She probably took them with her cellphone.

I see distorted pixels behind the rubber stamp text, but I think that it's because it's a poor quality image. A lot of the typed text has similar background distortion.
