Dillon Officer Accused Of Striking Handcuffed Teen In Head

DILLON, Colo. -- A Dillon police officer has been accused of striking a handcuffed teen suspect in the head in the back of a patrol car, according to court records.

It's the second time in two years that Officer Brian Brady faced allegations of striking a handcuffed juvenile in a patrol car, the Summit Daily reported.

In the current incident, Brady is accused of assaulting a 16-year-old boy on Dec. 11 "by hitting him in the head while he was handcuffed in the rear seat of a police vehicle," according to court records cited by the newspaper.

Brady later said he was using "applied pain to control (the teen suspect's) jaw," according to court records cited by the newspaper.

I do find it quite funny that you have done the exact thing you acuse me of. Knee-jerk reaction to a statement! And to call ME a boot-licker is quite pathetic. Wow. I am not so stupid to think cops can do no wrong.

I know a few Police Officers and State Troopers. I know the kinds of people they deal with every day. Do you? Or do you prefer to whine and pitch fits about jack-booted thugs?
