I also notice that some particularly antiChristian activists about town here have taken to co-opting Quakers as a way of denouncing the war on terror.
They believe Jesus is “an invisible pretend playmate”, mock His crucifixion, etc. but I am supposed to ignore that and “earnestly” listen to their appeal now that they SEE THE LIGHT and have found a faith they can get behind (for ulterior motives).
