I forgot. It could be a nice old lady disguised as Paul McCartney. That might help to explain why Paul McCartney looks so much like one these days! All this time, I thought it was just bad plastic surgery.

Makes them look silly AND vain at the same time. Why not leave it alone. It is rare when plastic surgery works.
