I was in Indonesia on a job at a mine. Our driver was driving us around the mine town and describing things. He became very excited about one building. Between his accent, me in the backseat and my bad hearing I caught about half of what he was saying.
As we looked at the building I said “Is that the bowling alley?” Nope - it was the mosque that he had been instrumental in building! All the pillars in it were all lined up, and seemed pretty close together forming the “lanes”.
