apparently The police were asked to rein it in by downtown businesses and lighten up activities after their sales dropped.. the police were also passively patroling&monitoring and such of the restless yout’s, the rowdies moved back to east san jose.. it’s like they never left.. more tattoos than a miley cyrus concert..
