Real estate agents make a big deal about knowing all about a condo/townhouse/house - so, it’s time to put up or shut up.Sorry, freaks and wierdos are now a protected class. We (agents) can't out them to buyers without risking discrimination suits. We can only suggest that the buyer check the sex offender registry or check with the local police.
