There's a new designer drug that is labeled as "bath salts" in an attempt to avoid legal problems. As I understand it, the chemical isn't illegal (yet) so if you claim that it isn't for human consumption you might not be breaking the law selling it... or maybe you are. I guess it would be similar to selling rags soaked in toluene to people with labels that say "cleaning supplies - do not sniff".
They have nothing to do with real bath salts, but I wouldn't be surprised to see the rocket scientists in Washington or state capitals to make real bath salts illegals because of this.
