PCR DNA teat takes AT LEAST 12 hours to run and is prone to problems

It only takes a snip of tissue and a few hours in a properly equipped lab to run the DNA samples. So, sure, they could have gotten the DNA results that fast.
Also, there is a photo of the dead body. I saw it first on someone's cell phone yesterday morning, but you can Google it "Osama bin Laden dead" and look at images. The correct photo shows the head and shoulders, with some white material in the upper right quadrant of the photo. It's rather gruesome.
