With all due respect, this does not cement the election for Obama. Don’t give up.

To quote (shudder) the great philosopher, James Carville, “It’s the economy, stupid.”

Yeah, but he was also running slick Willy who you must admit, was an excellent speaker and a very good politician. They didn't call him slick Willy for nothing.

We need a slick conservative

I AGREE with you..this does not seal it for 0bama in 2012...it was no shoe in for Bush the first after the first gulf war...
And the domestic issues etc will bubble up after a few days when this cools off the front page. And now I would bet we will see some actions by the sleeper cells around the world that have been encouraged to act on their own. And a hightened travel alert has been issued for all Americans travelling world wide so we can expect to see enhanced TSA actions at airports but large malls and train stations etc where ever there are large gatherings there could be trouble so folks need to be aware..according to the state dept just now.

Winston Churchill lost his re-election bid as Prime Minister in July, 1945, a mere two months after leading his nation to victory in a far more momentous conflict than anything Obama ever will encounter.

In comparison to Churchill, Obama is a stunted historical pygmy. The way the economy is going, in eighteen months, it quite possible that nobody will remember that Obama had anything to do with the demise of Osama bin Ladin.

B. Hussein Obama is quite likely to find out that being President is the ultimate "what have you done for me lately" occupation.

And it couldn't happen to a more deserving fellow.

it will be extremely difficult to dethrone a sitting president but it has been done....George Sr and Carter...

I am so tired of the loser talk......

we need to keep and gain Gov. Houses...state houses ...and then the congress and retake the Senate....

control the govt and the dictator will be limited....our work is cut out for us..

Obama`s stock has gone way up as a result of the bin Laden kill. Watch for opposition to his policies to drop off markedly. Political capital is a valuable commodity, and the bin Laden kill gives him boatloads of it.
