Lead author, Ms Katie Elkin from the School of Population Health at the University of Melbourne said obstetrician-gynaecologists and psychiatrists had the highest rate of disciplinary action, followed by general practitioners.

I wonder how many of those gynecologists include abortion "services" in their practices, and if the abortionists were excluded from the study, how that would affect the disciplinary rates? I would expect those who commit unethical acts as a routine part of their practice to be unethical in other areas, as well.

The psychiatrists... well, I would guess that their problems stem from the nature of their profession. People want the drugs that they prescribe...
