What I want to see is Rossi putting together a mid-size (50 to 100 megawatt) electric power generation system, and let it run for a while. At that level of energy, there would be no way to hide an external fuel source.

He will soon have enough demo plants, running for long enough, that somebody is going to step up and offer him a deal: "You supply the e-cat technology, I'll supply the boiler, turbine, generator, and electric gear. We split the electricity revenue 50-50. Your stuff does not produce, you get nothing". See what happens then.

There's probably several coal-fired plants in the US on the edge of having to shut down because they can't meet EPA demands.
