a measure of a society is how it treats its most defenseless members.
Preying and torturing the helpless elderly...what soulless monsters. The result of decades of liberalism, from schools to media to legislation. They are unable to care about anything but themselves, and have a black hole in their core where God should be.
It seems this was allowed to go on for an extended period of time. There should be significant firings in management as well.
I work at a hospital up here in Placerville in the lab and we routinely go to the care homes to pick up specimens or draw blood. And you would not believe how it is.. I heard a nurse or aid one time say “God I wish she would just die already”, in a frustrated voice. I thought to my self “What a lowlife POS”. I dread going to the care homes because of the sadness..
Those 4 should be arrested and sent to jail for a long time. And if they own anything, it should be taken from them and given to the victims or their families.
I am a retired RN ...when I was a new nurse I would often be floated to a “rehab” floor that had many elderly patients.. I can tell you I saw and heard things that made my skin crawl and not from just nurses aides but other nurses ..
The belittling and complaining at them abut how often they needed a bed pan..
Even one lady that was a fresh amputee .. I hated when I had to go there..
This sort of article really boils my blood. The first thing that comes to mind is give me a few minutes with CNA#1,2,3, &4. I’d like to do a little “re-conditioning” on them. Normally I’d go with 15 amps on a standard 110 circuit, but in their case they deserve the “deluxe” 20 amps 220 volt treatment.
Family members have no idea what is happening to their loved ones who suffer dementia in these animal houses.
When my dad retired from the Navy he became a nursing home inspector for the state. He did that because he knew of these kind of animals abusing nursing home residents and made it his mission to nail them and run them out of business. Which he did - regularly.
The interesting part was that two of his supervisors were being paid off by the owners of the worst nursing homes. He nailed them, too.
Shocking article...
Sounds like the administrators/owners have little shame.
As we keep hearing about how the government can save BILLIONS “by reducing FRAUD in medicare and medicaid” (and yet they still haven’t seemed to find their ways into the accountants’ offices), I would suggest that we start the investigations into THIS owners’ operations.
