Thanks.
TLC - I like Clinton but the guy from Say Yes to the Dress makes me gag.
They all look like they were about to sink on the Titanic... Heehee...
Watching TLC.........
PBS is running the BBC coverage. It’s excellent!
Ok, good to know...
Good luck with your move! Hope you’re doing well...
I love the hats....Especially the guest with the tall blue hat positioned practically on her forehead....I’ll have to buy one....
Too bad my PBS is down due to the storms in STL the past few days. It is stuck on a picture of Charles and Di.
So switching between Fox and CNN. Wish Fox would reduce or take down the dang news tickers. Cnn is slightly better.
Guess will leave on CNN and tape that so I can go to bed and try to sleep.

How thrilling. I only just turned on the laptop. Went between BBC and TLC, all the coverage was excellent although some of the TLC guys are a bit bizarre. But respectful. Briefly tried ABC during commercial break at the end, after the balcony scene, but had to retreat. Seem to have a female impersonator as their anchor. Someone started in worrying the old bone about will the Queen quit (not until she’s dead) and Prince Charles step aside (after 60+ years? As if.) What a club of badly informed, sensation-junkie morons most of our news people are. Meanwhile, BBC has first-rate brains like Simon Schama commenting.
I watched the BBC World Service presenation.
Very satisfactory, I thought.
Remember when that wedding happened: the 80s, when many people looked freakish, the huge shoulders, distressing hair, earrings that looked like orbiting planets, etc. At the time her dress was considered beautiful and regal; to our now minimalist eyes, it looks overblown.
Her dress was AMAZING! Traditional and simply gorgeous.
Did you see the 1949 Rolls-Royce in which Charles and Camilla rode in? (Phantom, I think) It was very nice...
Diana said she was terrified and it was one of the worst days of her life..She and Charles hardly looked at each other throughout the proceedings..
Top 10 Reasons why the marriage was doomed;
Number one: The bride and groom didn’t look at each other.
Number two: Charles called Camilla from his honeymoon.
Freepers? How ‘bout 3-10?
Nicholas II of Russia on the left and George V of England on the right.
