Not sure where I read it but that pdf ‘layers’ argument has been thrown out.
Apparently all pdf documents are done in layers.
I am just reporting what I have read and you can still count me as a ‘birther’ or someone who is still unconvinced of the Obummer’s NB citizen status .. as far as his parents go!

this version address what you just said and its false. They can appear in layers but you can’t manipulate the layers as you can clearly do this the one released by the white house. Whoever was forging it, the White House version forgot the flatten all the layers into one
you don’t need to be a birther to realize theres something wrong with the version released by the white house. I still don’t consider myself a birther, but the pdf is clearly a fake
