Focus the interference zone (IZ) on the other side of the earth (beam right through the earth and ocean) to a given desired area in the atmosphere.
Bias your transmitters positively.
You produce atmospheric heating in the air in the IZ, so that the air expands and you have produced a "low" pressure zone.
Now use a second interferometer biased negatively, and place it at a distant IZ desired.
In that IZ, you cool the air so that it shrinks and becomes denser, and you have created a "high" pressure area.
Now place several such IZs, with the desired highs and lows, near a jet stream.
The jet stream will be deviated toward a low and away from a high.
By varying the transmitted energy and the iz location (just move it gradually along), you can entrain and steer the jet streams, and therefore effectively "steer" the resulting weather.

This just in:
Wiki-Leaks has just posted a paper from a HIGH-level government agecy that shows Scalar waves can be disrupted by wind turbines.
It seems that the waves become de-modulated by the natural rotational frequency of the massive blades, causing, in some cases, the reflection of the waves back to their origin.
Be on the lookout for news from Russia (if it is not supressed) of disasters in remote 'research laboratories'.
The paper also mentioned that the bird kills caused by rotating blades are WAY down after Scalar Demodulo Mono-Phasing has occured.

We are told that on June 8, 1978, it was 'revealed' to the then president, Spencer Kimball, that people of color could now gain entry into the priesthood. According to the church, Kimball spent many long hours petitioning God, begging him to give worthy black people the priesthood. God finally relented.

When Mormon 'Apostle' Mark E Petersen spoke on 'Race Problems- As they affect the Church' at the BYU campus in 1954, the following was also said:
"...if the negro accepts the gospel with real, sincere faith, and is really converted, to give him the blessings of baptism and the gift of the Holy Ghost, he can and will enter the celestial kingdom. He will go there as a servant, but he will get celestial glory."
When Mormon 'Prophet' and second President of the Church, Brigham Young, spoke in 1863 the following was also said:
"Shall I tell you the law of God in regard to the African race? If the white man who belongs to the chosen seed mixes his blood with the seed of Cain, the penalty, under the law of God is death on the spot. This will always be so."

It is evident you did not listen to the talk from the former Anti-Mormon because she did cover those area you listed and explain it very clearly!
But is natural for an unrepentant anti Mormons on FR to have any fair and balance take.
