It's not supposed to be a scanned image in analog format. it's supposed to be a digitially stored image that can be both hueristically searched and reproduced as an analog image.

If theoriginal document exists in some physical form (highly unlikely) that'd be in a salt mine somewhere. Lotsa' luck finding it.

Are you claiming the image that was posted contains searchable text in the layers? I don’t believe that is the case.
