This isn’t BO’s birth certificate, and Hi. isn’t saying it is.
What the state of Hiwaii gave to BO is an abstract of the “Official” information it has on file from various sources WRT the birth of BO.
For example, if he were adopted, the original birth info would be redacted, his adopted parents’ info inserted, and only the time, date, and place of the birth would be consistent with the real birth certificate.
Taken to extreme, say, BO and family were all in the witness protection program. The COLB released would be an official state document, but would be all made up info.
I have no doubt what was released is an “official document” from the state of Hi., but it isn’t a copy of his original long form birth certificate (the one given to the parents when leaving hospital with a newborn, has length, weight, foot print, etc).
Look in your wallet, your driver’s license is an official state document, but odds are very little information on it is the same as what was on your original drivers license.
This is what we have on BO, information that is current today as far as Hi. is concerned, likely bears little resemblance to the original, genuine birth certificate (not COLB).
What you are saying is sorta true as I read it, but here is a link to the .pdf showing the letters between Obama, his lawyers, and the HDoH showing exactly what was requested and delivered.
Also adds more ammo for the Denniger video which clearly shows the document the WH released is purely a computer generated document, not a scan or photocopy of what HI sent over.
