I agree the arguments you listed are weak with the exception of the legal fees, time, and effort spent avoiding releasing the Certificate of Live Birth. Not only did an officer go to jail, Obama used the resources of the government to fight these suits. That doesn’t add up, but there’s a risk of marginalizing.
I certainly don't disagree with that. I know that one government lawyer made 3 trips from DC area to Georgia in regard to one of these suits. I'm sure the White House would contend that a) there were other eligibility issues in the lawsuits that releasing the LFBC would not have addressed, and b) government expenditures was trivial (and they probably were, to THIS crowd) - but it burns me that they spent anything. It burns me more what they did to Lakin.
There also have been some people allegedly murdered; one being the guy who saw Barry’s passport and supposedly cooperating with the FBI. Also, wasn’t there a girl who knew about forging the bc or passport? Wasn’t she murdered too?
