It doesn't set off the "smell test" as far as I'm concerned. Maybe they filled out the known info first and then the name, perhaps to avoid any last-minute name changes by partents that could've been popular at the time in that neighborhood? I don't claim to know conclusively, but I'm trying to approach it as a swing voter.
Unless there's a convincing slam dunk counter-argument that it's a forgery like Rathergate, we're supplying ammo to the DUmmies by appearing deadset on a false conclusion.
