The birth certificate released today is forged.
The last "1" is different than the other 1's. Note it is perfectly aligned while the other numbers are slanted.
The "1" in 1961 is different.
Also note that an authentic color scan will have slight red or blue colorization around characters. There is none present here.

Oh, for goodness sake. It appears to me that the one # was preprinted on the form & the date was a hand stamp used to complete the filling out of the form. Nothing “fishy” with that!
