Looks as if they used another birth certificate from someone born in the 60’s whose mother’s first name was Ann and last name started with “D”. It should also be noted that Stanley Ann Dunham’s signature at the bottom of the BC doesn’t match up with her signature on her SS card at all.
Good guess, if they did than its the same pattern used from the short form which if I recall was a poor remake of his half sister Maya. Criminal activity repeating itself not too mysterious.
