I don’t think any common folk could secure their records just with some letters unless they had a POA and/or a notarized request. Also, he gets someone local to communicate to the the state requested a waiver of state policy that allows only for the dissemination of computer-generated “short form” documents.

When did the media (watergate hard nosed investigators) start relying on politicians to be truthful about selfserving documents and stop asking that they be given authority(release) to secure the record from the source directly?
