Actually, the Lee name was listed as the Local Registrar on Obama’s certificate. However, on the Nordyke twins certificate, the Local Registrar was someone different. Obama and the Nordykes were born 7 days apart. I can’t imagine (but, I’m speculating) that Honolulu had more than one Local Registrar.

I think the local registrar's name is Lee, not the doctor's name.

Doctor's name: I can't read his handwriting. Can anyone make it out what the doctor's name is? Thanks.
