With the political waters getting increasingly muddied by various candidates' positions on the current president, as well as differing takes on various aspects of his life, I'm trying to sum up the conservative position to the extent possible as of April 2011.
First, the birth certificate. As I understand it, there are currently two schools of thought on this:
One, it's fake or doesn't exist. He's been perpetrating a vast ego-driven and ideology-driven fraud to elevate himself and push his radical agenda, and has been desperately trying to hide the fact that he isn't who he says he is (more on that later).
Two, it's real, however hinky it seems. He really was born in HI, and his efforts to hide his BC and other records are attempts to conceal some other sin.
Second, all the other records.
Again, pretty much two general paths: One, they're all faked or fraudulent. He's hiding them to conceal the fact that nothing about him is true
Two, they're legit, but still hinky, possibly due to multiple aliases, or hiding names he doesn't want to be associated with.
Third, his political career.
He never held a real job; was a neighborhood rabble-rouser, then state legislator, then federal legislator, then prez, without completing any of his terms of office so far (prez still to be seen). Voting record is incredibly slim, but had the most leftist record in the Federal senate. He also had extensive associations with all kinds of radicals, many of which ended up in his cabinet or office.
We know the media was complicit in avoiding doing any real investigation into candidate Obama, thus obscuring his (lack of) background. If someone has the list of things normally asked of candidates, together with the list of what Obama has so far blocked away (especially in comparison to things people went after with other presidents), I'd be very appreciative.
I'd appreciate any help in detailing all the holes in his history, as well as what the main thrust of the argument(s) is/are for attacking him as a candidate/president. Please try to make your responses detailed, rather than one-liners. We all want him out, sooner rather than later; this is my feeble attempt at trying to centralize the actual conservative argument against him.
I admit to an ulterior motive as well. In addition to trying to get my arms around this burgeoning cloud of questions, I also am currently in the midst of a discussion with an O-bot who has stated that the Zer0 is a natural citizen through jus solis, and that the short-form certificate is all he should need to show.
His background has been scrubbed. He did not scrub it by himself.
Don't recommend 'attacking him', but can express it through his policies:
1) Went from Anti-War to start another Vietnam. Boo Hiss!
2) Guantanamo - Expensive Trials upon the Citizens of New York knowing the lawyers would try their best to get them off! Double Boo Hiss!
3) ObamaCare - Now the federal government can completely control your life. If they can violate the states rights on health care for their own citizens, they can do anything to us! The ACLU should challenge it, but won't. Triple Boo Hiss!
4) DOMA - Not defending Marriage and promoting the gay so-called lifestyle. An attack upon the American Family and States rights again. Quadruple Boo Hiss!
5) EPA Gate - Using the EPA to shutdown American Utility companies and to stop drilling. But at the same time saying "Drill Brazil Drill" and giving Brazil our precious dollars to do it! Don't look for the press to blame him for high gas prices as they did Bush. Quintuple Boo Hiss!
6) Continuous Campaign Mode and Demagoguery rather than Administration. We American's like our campaigns to be fast and furious, but afterwards we want good administration and fair tactics. Demonizing the opposition as evil when an administration needs to work with both sides is despicable. We want clear thinking, not campaign mode after elections. Sextuple Boo Hiss.
I could go on, but my blood pressure would get too high.
This ‘President’ is someone Americans will NEVER know.
If the basic ID and other information have not been presented or are not obvious at this point, they will NEVER be.
Besides... many people MUST have compromised themselves to weave this fiction about “O” and his life, and none of them wants to risk being caught in the scam. You can bet that full disclosure of the facts will never see the light of day.
Also, with so much ambiguity, and inconsistency about this guy’s credentials and ID, many people with NO connection to the scam will step into the fray to capitalize (for whatever reason) on the confusion and to make their careers out of muddying the waters even more.
Books will abound and the circus will have a life of its own, forever.
Have you ever heard of the NVSS? It is a Federal Registry of all births. I have my original NVSS registration. I wonder if Hawaii ever registered his birth with them?
Obama has an initial long form BC with his mother’s signature, doctor’s signature and hospital administrator’s signature exists, but its sealed by a court order and archived. Legally is does not exists because it cannot be used in any legal proceeeding. It was nullified after the Soetoro adoption was finalized.
The Barry Soetoro COLB became the original BC until it was nullified by Obama Sr.’s objection to the termination of his parental rights.
The Soetoro adoption was nullified and the BHO II COLB was created by court order with a “Date filed” as August 8, 1961. Legally, this document is considered the original BC. It is the only document that can be considered in a legal proceeding.
