Well, good. The method I shown works when all else fails, I just use it first.

Your document folder is most likely still there. Use the search function to find *.doc or *.xls or *.jpg, etc... whichever type document is the most popular in your document folder. Once a string of familiar file types show up, right click to find the folder location. Make a shortcut to this folder on your desktop and you’re done.

Thanks for everyone’s help. I deleted some dlls somehow and I’m sure that is what caused it. Finally got everything back together. It is indeed stressful. Thank you everyone. I love Free Republic.
