Maybe not for you, but it sure places him in the "NO" column for anyone concerned with 2nd amendment rights.

Sorry, I was trying to be “moderate” about the whole thing – you know, consider all sides of the issue before making up my mind, blah, blah, blah.

There are a couple other issues of which I disagree with him about, besides the bad impression I have of him.
