I think, like all forms of exercise, it is better suited for some than for others, and has its place in an exercise regimen.

I take it that you decided P90x was not for you?

Lost 65lbs in 7 months with P90x and eating clean. Best shape of my life. A program not for someone who thinks “walking” with the wife after dinner is exercise. Wanna lose weight and keep it off, it’s do resistance training to muscle failure, get your heartrate up 4-6 times a week and stop shoving garbage in your pie hole. I puked the first time I did P90x and by my second round, I could run a 5k in 21 minutes, do 60 pushups, 15 pullups and make love to the wife like a college sophomore. “Bring it” or go for a “walk” and stay soft and full of excuses.

The HIT approach is the most effective approach to becoming fit, but it is hard.
