Rubio would need to prove that he is a Natural Born Citizen, born in the USA to two parents who were citizens at the time of birth. Rubio was born in South Florida. Doesn't make a bit of difference if his parents were citizens at the time. If it did, then even I wouldn't qualify on that count since my father was a Canadian citizen until I was about five (I was born in USA). So you are wrong on TWO counts there.

Rubio was born in florida, the big question is about his parents. They were cuban exiles but Rubio has not said if they became US citizens.

Neither you nor Rubio are eligible to be President of U.S. per the Constitution.
Too bad. Our nation's founders made it so to prevent people people with possible split allegiance from becoming President.

There's nothing shameful in that. Millions of immigrants also are not eligible to become president of the USA, but they are damn happy to be here.

Liberalism.

Depending on when you were born and your mother’s age at the time, you may not be eligible for the Presidency either.

We’re you born after 1986? If not you are not considered an NBC. Period.
