The have been digging up there for years, making contractors, consultants, government beaurocrats plenty of bucks.

The most honest result would be riding bikes, like in Amsterdam, Cobenhaven, etc.

A lot cheaper for taxpayers, too; instead of subsidizing rides for illegal immigrants to and fro the government agencies.

With LA computes being such huge undertakings, riding bicycles like they do in Amsterdam would mean everybody would be late all the time ~ not just some of the time.

Sure, they'd be healthier ~ the ones that didn't have heart attacks from 40 mile roundtrip treks.
