Britain, France, The United States. It really doesn’t matter where black people go or how people treat them in that country.
They are a problem all over the world.
Racist? yeah probably , but that doesn’t change the facts.
That’s not the facts in this case, the Baltimore McDonald’s beating case or any case.
It is not the circumstance of being Black that is the common cause. It is indeed racist, although somewhat understandable, given the racial factors in these two cases to make the inference you did.
Certainly there are social aspects arising out of the morals and current habits of today’s self-segregating Black communities in Baltimore and in the London neighborhood that contributed. These bad habits are not racial. They are seen elsewhere where the races are different and in different eras among some groups of all races.
But there is a much stronger common factor at operation in both cases. That is the breakdown of sexual mores and of respect for whole families and real old-school marriage!
The unmarried night-crawling Dad of eight, the woman’s room using drama-queen transvestite in Baltimore, the two vicious girls, likely raised without Dads. The common factor — a social breakdown of respect for marriage and sexual ethos.

You are absolutely right. And having an AG that refuses to prosecute “his” people just multiplies the problem.
Telling the truth does not make you a racist. Too bad the media won’t subscribe to that notion.
