Look into India, a developing South Asian nation, where people of multiple religious faiths live in harmony. Even atheists are allowed to live in peace in this country, which already has attained the glorious goodwill being the truest secularist nation in the world. On the other hand, India enjoys a great status being a democratic nation for decades.

But, at the other side of the Atlantic, a pastor named Terry Jones, who runs a small church in Florida in United States, burned the Koran on April 9, 2011, stating "it was found "guilty" during a "trial" at his church."

The Lib media and elites are now reaping what they sowed. If they ignored this guy, he would have burned a Koran in anonymity and would never have been heard from. But they had to manufacture an example of Christian intolerance so they built this publicity hound up and now that he has a national platform, he is going to keep going. Now the choice is to violate his First Amendment rights or live with the consequences that result when Islamic lunatics use this as an excuse to rampage and murder again.

This guy has about 15 followers in his ‘congregation’.

MOST people, while recognizing his right to burn his books/personal property if he wishes to, write him off as a of fringe crack-pot who is unworthy of our attention.

But there are those in the media (and the world at large) who will relentlessly cover ANY 'story', no matter how unrepresentative it may be, as long as it makes Christians in America look bad -- or better yet, dangerous. And they use such stories to try to paint ALL Christians as hate-filled bigots

The continuous stream of kidnappings, hijackings, bombings and murders perpetrated in the name of islam, though? Well, you stupid religious bigots, THOSE are ‘isolated instances’ and do not represent muslims as a whole.

Yeah, that is nonsense; Muslims and Hindus and Christians hardly live in harmony in India. Kinda tells you how seriously to take this article...

Really; they are the world’s largest democracy, but they have a long way to go. They still don’t allow Christians to seek converts; Hinduism is the de facto state religion, that must tolerate Islam because of their sheer numbers (they are 10% of the population, but 10% of a billion is a LOT of people).

The critics of Terry Jones just aid and support Islamic Terrorism.

Sad shape this nation is in when we blame someone for burning a Koran because members of a religious cult killed a bunch of people over it

Even sadder to see people, claiming to be conservatives, siding with the Islamic Terrorists.

Just as Donald Trump has exposed the GOP and GOP Media that they support Obama....Jones has exposed the GOP and GOP Media that they are on the side of the Islamic Terrorists

Except when the radical Hindus attack Catholic villages, and the Sikhs attack the Hindus, and the Muslims attack everyone. Besides that part they get along pretty good.

Agree totally with your comments. The Liberal media got exactly what they wanted from this nut, so they can use it to smear Christians, and now they are encouraging ACT II. What follows in ACT III, the burning of a Mosque?

I'm all for free speech, but this creep is doing the Devil's work. We have Christian Missionaries in Muslim Countries evangelizing to Muslims. I just heard the testimony from one from our Church that has been in Chad for several years. They are bring many to Christ - and they are Hungry for the truth, they truly are. Acts like this from a so called Christian, are damaging the groundwork of Christian Missionaries across the globe and endangering their lives.

The muslim faith and the koran cannot stand the scrutiny of investigation and analysis. The “church” would be better served exposing the lies of islam and the truth of Jesus and his father, the God of the Bible. We need better tracts to use in this effort. Any ideas?

Neha, you’re a dreamer like our Liberals here. You live in your fantasy world and ignore the bloody mutilations and horror that is the Muslim way of life out of the Koran.

You’re picking on the wrong person.
