I’m diabetic, everything I’ve learned and been told shows that I should maintain my A1C as close to 5.0 as possible. For about 10 years I’ve done it, my highest was 5.5. Now that I’m “elderly” (I turned 65 a few days ago) I find I should be raising my A1C!
